I set up my Boglines account and added 10 feeds. I found an interesting article from National Geographic about Egypt's Female Pharaoh revealed by a chipped tooth. Check out the article at nationalgeographic.

Week 3: Photos & Images

It has taken me over an hour or so to figure this out. It looks like it worked! I set up a Flickr account and uploaded this photo to Flickr and then to my blog. This is my technology posting for this week: learning how to use Flickr and then uploading the photo to my Blog!

Week 2: 71/2 Habits

Are we having fun yet? I guess the hardest habit for me is using technology to my advantage. Not having practiced using it like the students today it isn't something that comes easy to me. When I learn it I am fine with it. I usually have to learn hands on, reading a tech book is not my thing. Hopefully I'll learn some new tech tips along this journey and have fun doing it. It's great having so many of us in it together. Yeah for teamwork!!! I have a great team at my branch and am thankful for their help. The easiest habit is accepting responsibility for my learning. I consider myself an active participant and do ask questions. I also like to help and teach others.

Week 1&2 : Introduction & Blogging/Testing!

Whew! Just got back from 2 weeks in Hawaii, holding and playing with my grandbabies and have lots to catch up on. Am I feeling overwhelmed??? Just getting over jetlag. Will get into the swing of things soon.
Week 1:
I read about the program and learned a few pointers from lifelong learners. I think I keep nuturing my learning process just by my desire to learn about new things and I have just started piano lessons as an adult a year ago.
Week 2: The fact that you are reading this proves I set up my blog and registered it!
